Delete your account

You can delete your Tovi account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how.

How to delete your Tovi account

1. Email us at support@tovi.app from the email address linked to your Tovi account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete My Account".
3. We'll verify it's you, then permanently delete your account and personal data.

We begin processing deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them and permanently delete your account and associated personal data — except where we are legally required to retain certain information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your learning data — goals, progress, streaks, XP, and completed content.
• The personal data we hold about you, subject to limited legal retention obligations.
